With over 20 years of experience as a tour operator, Michael brings a deep understanding of customer requirements from a buyer’s perspective. This extensive background enables him to provide valuable insights and strategic solutions, driving business development and fostering client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Michael is an active family man. He helps coach his son’s rugby team and supports his other children in their various activities. A lover of good food and wine, Michael also enjoys exploring culinary delights.
